An Overview of the Opportunity

The Business Development Representative is accountable to pitch our products and services to potential customers. You will work to drive brand awareness through face-to-face (limited in-person, mostly virtual) consumer interaction. You are considered a liaison between Catalyst and our future clients, providing information about products and services. Engage and promote our strategic partnerships and work to build new ones with our trusted vendors. This seat is accountable for supporting our Visionary in business development efforts including executing Discovery calls, building relationships, networking, education and connecting within our EOS community and expanding beyond. These efforts are required to find the right clients for us, to not only keep our fractional Integrators schedules booked with right fit clients, but also to be a champion and an evangelist for our mission to support the clients we love. Conceptualize and execute marketing and public relations ideas to keep us relevant and provide valuable content. Support in expanding our service offerings, rollout and ongoing promotion.

Seat Accountabilities

  • Business Development and lead conversion to ensure a full pipeline for our Integrators(COO’s) at all times
  • Strategize and execute Public Relations to position us as the experts
  • Marketing Support and Brand Awareness


Expectations Based on Accountabilities

  • Business Development and lead conversion to ensure a full pipeline for our Integrators (COO’s) at all times

  • Oversight of Business Development activities, outreach, and strategy.
  • Generate and close leads.
  • Research and interpret trends, directing adjustments to activities and outreach accordingly.
  • Attend necessary networking events.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships, paid partnerships as sales relationships with our trusted vendors.
  • Manage our Sales Process and CRM.


  • Strategize and execute Public Relations to position us as the experts

  • Serve as the voice of the company in lieu of our Visionary, where applicable and as needed.
  • Position Catalyst Integrators as a thought leader in the marketplace.
  • Work to obtain the right professional designations, certifications and awards for Catalyst that will help us serve our clients.
  • Support to get us booked for speaking engagements, podcasts, sponsorships, etc.


  • Marketing Support and Brand Awareness

  • Support for marketing activities, including public relations and social media activities that drive lead generation.
  • Offer insight and content support for strategic brand elements across various platforms and channels, contributing for consistency and cohesion that drives lead generation.


Experience Requirements

  • Proven ability to build relationships, close the right leads and work with intention to reach company goals
  • Cultivation of Client and Partnership Relationships
  • Ability to communicate direction of creative design
  • Proven Lead Conversion results, specifically in selling professional services, consulting or coaching
  • Proficient in a variety of marketing concepts and positioning strategies that generate leads (Familiarity with Conviction Marketing highly desirable)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and Google Suite
  • Use of a CRM tool like Hubspot, Nutshell, etc.


Highly Desired Experience

  • 3+ years in a Sales & Marketing, Business Development or Sales Development roles
  • You have worked with a company running on EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System) and you know the system and tools
  • Experience using a Project Management software like [please apply online] Proficient with collaboration tools (ie- Slack)
  • Experience using design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator


Structure Details

  • This is a full-time, 40 hour per week contract position as a 1099 team member
  • This position reports to the Integrator/COO
  • Compensation range is $70k-85k per year, commensurate with experience (non-commission)
  • Payouts on Strategic Partnership revenue
  • All expenses paid annual team retreat
  • Virtual work environment
  • Able to work occasional nights and weekends for events, conferences, networking, etc.
  • Must be able to travel to AZ and conferences in the U.S. 3 to 4 times per year
